Three river settlements grown together, and the seams still show. Free estimates on site or remote, and every quote is written for two coats.
What changes here
Gretna grew out of three separate river settlements, and you can still see the seams. McDonoghville dates to 1815, Mechanikham to 1836, and the old town has been on the National Register since 1985.
Older stock
Old siding, old millwork and old paint mean most of the day goes into preparation. On an older frontage the finish is only ever as good as what was scraped, filled and primed underneath it.

Established 1815 and the oldest part of town. Modest houses set back on large lots, with almost no commercial frontage.
Laid out in 1836 on a surveyed grid, and the part of Gretna built up by German immigrant families.
West bank lots close to the Mississippi, where humidity runs higher through the morning.
Conditions
Four things that change the work here, and what each one means for the schedule and the price.
