In Eden Isles and Oak Harbor there is open canal a few feet from the wall, and a house with water sitting behind it does not dry the way a house without one does, which sounds like a small distinction until it is the reason your exterior takes an extra week. People leave them off a request more often than not.
Storm season is a harder edge on low-lying waterfront ground than it is inland. Between June 1 and November 30 we sequence so that no elevation sits open and uncoated while something is being watched in the Gulf. On these lots that sequence is planned. Not improvised.
